| Unit 1 | 5 classes | What is Stress? | Students will be able to identify stress and stressors and be able to build a mental health toolkit to manage stress including stress reduction techniques |
| Unit 2 | 7 classes | Sleep; Meditation; Yoga | Students will be able to understand how sleep factors into stress levels and how meditation and mindfulness can help to support healthy sleep habits as well as combat stress |
| Unit 3 | 2 classes | Cliques, Teen Stressors | Students will be able to identify social factors that contribute to stress levels and develop skills to mitigate these factors |
| Unit 4 | 1 class | Nutrition | Students will learn the connection between healthy eating and nutrition to the levels of stress that a body endures. Students will be able to identify that food can be used to decrease overall stress levels |
| Unit 5 | 2 classes | Volunteering/Community Service | Students will be presented with data and evidence that shows how stress levels including anxiety are decreased when volunteering and community service are practiced |
| Unit 6 | 6 Classes | Distraction Techniques/Humor | Students will learn skills to decrease overall stress levels |
| Unit 7 | 2 classes | This I Believe | Students will take part in a PBL discovery personalized to their own health and stress levels |
