| Narrative: Freshman Physical Fitness is a course designed to introduce freshman students to the diverse range of physical education offerings at Waltham High School. In Freshman PE, students will experience a variety of units, including Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, Team Games, Competitive Games, Lifelong Games, Fitness Training, and Boot Camp. This exposure allows students to explore different aspects of each course, helping them make informed decisions about their preferred classes for the following year. Through engaging in these varied activities, students will gain a broad understanding of the physical education opportunities available at WHS and discover what aligns best with their interests and goals. | |||
