Unit 2: Stress, Sleep, & Physical Health 4 weeks How does stress affect physical and mental health? What strategies and daily habits help maintain a healthy balance? Identify stressors and stress responses; explore healthy coping strategies; examine the importance of sleep, nutrition, and physical activity; develop healthy routines.
Unit 3: Mental Health, Identity, & Relationships 4 weeks What influences mental and emotional well-being? How can individuals build healthy relationships, recognize concerns, and access support?
