Thrilled to announce that our friend Rebecca Toutant of @nourishingbitsandbites also known at Ms.Toots here in #Waltham has published a book 📚 This resource is a great tool for parents, students and staff to better understand celiac disease and gluten-free lifestyles • Shared today from @nourishingbitsandbites: In celebration of #glutenfreeday I'm excited to announce the release of my cook book exploring the transition to gluten free diet for those diagnosed with #celiacdisease. It provides a brief but compassionate guide to the lifestyle shift, practical tips to make the home gluten free, as well as 75 nourishing recipes. Many moons ago, I had the honor of doing my graduate research in celiac disease with #BIDMC and #ChildrensHospitalBoston. Patient after patient shared their challenges in finding a voice and making their needs met while living full lives. While I do not have celiac disease, I'm grateful for those who over the years shared their stories and creative solutions. And I'm thrilled to give voice and perspective to anyone trying to make sense of it all. (And special ❤️ to my husband and children for encouraging me to take on this venture.) . . #celiacawarenessmonth #nutrition #dietitianapproved #glutenfreemeals #dietitian #celiac #glutenfreelife #glutenfeee #gluten #dietitians #celiacawareness #dietitianmom #dietitianlife #glutenfreeliving #gluten_free Note: this book is meant for those with celiac disease. This not an endorsement of the gluten free diet for anything other than the treatment of celiac disease. :)

We welcome your children to our cafeterias each day! School meals are a healthy, affordable and convenient option for busy families.
