The Gender-Sexuality Alliance (GSA)
We're looking forward to creating a safe space for our students who identify under the LGBTQ umbrella and for our LGBTQ allies.  We're joining forces with the Kennedy GSA, as well, connecting over the wifi waves every 2 weeks.

Improv Club

McDevitt Middle School will be offering Improv Club as an after-school activity for students throughout this school year. This activity will be located in the drama room and students will be required to wear masks and follow school safety protocols.



Discovering Justice's Mock Trial AfterSchool Program!
Join Discovering Justice's Mock Trial AfterSchool Program! In this program, taught by real life lawyers and legal professionals, students will learn the skills to become trial lawyers and argue a first amendment case. Students will learn about their first amendment rights, tackle constitutional issues, develop persuasive arguments, and practice questioning and examining witnesses. At the end of the program, students will try their case before a real federal or state judge and a jury made up of community members. Students in this program gain public speaking skills and confidence, meet new people, and have fun! This program will run virtually every Tuesday from 3:30 - 5. and will start on Tuesday, October 5th. If you are interested, please talk to Ms. Cochran in Rm 210 or complete this Interest Form (
