Help Desk
The staff at the Help Desk is available to help with all computer, printer and audio-visual needs. The Help Desk staff have the capability of connecting to your computer and troubleshooting your problem.

Log into HelpStar (same username and password for wpsnet)

Include the following information in your Help request:
Your Name
Your Telephone Extension
Your School
Your Room
Number, on the red tag, of the computer or other hardware
Do not e-mail MIS staff directly when requesting help. All Help requests must go through HelpStar (by e-mailing help) or call 5485.
