Immunization Alert - Massachusetts Immunization requirements have changed effective September 2011:

MMR	2 doses of measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) are now required for entry into kindergarten and 7th grade.
Varicella	2 doses of varicella vaccine are required for entry to kindergarten and 7th grade
Tdap	1 dose of tetnus, diptheria and pertussis vaccine (Tdap) is required for entry to 7th grade
