Summer Reading Corner 2018

summerreading2.png

This Summer, FitzGerald School is challenging students to read at least 20 minutes per day. For every 20 minutes read, students are asked to color in a picture on the calendar log. If 80% of students return this log completed to their new teacher in August, then the school will earn a Fall Field Day. If 90% of students return their logs, the students will not only earn a Field Day, but Mrs. Santillo and Mr. Kmiec will be participating in a silly or memorable act, of the students’ choosing. Ideas such as dying our hair blue and yellow, going in a dunk tank, having a dance-off, playing “Bubble Soccer”, etc., are all suggestions created by students. A vote will be taking place by all students. Make sure to read! Enjoy!
