Mr. Ross Mulkerin has been appointed as the new principal at Whittemore Elementary School and will begin in July 2013.
Classroom News
The Kindergarten and First Grade students created their own story, Don’t Let the Pigeon Be the Librarian, based on their experiences in the Library using Mo Willems’ Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive the Bus as a guide. Students had the opportunity to collaborate with their peers, and practice listening and speaking skills.

Summer/Extended Year Programs
Attention Parents-
The Waltham School District will be offering a number of extended year/summer programs for eligible students. While it is too early to register, we would like to inform parents of dates so that they may plan their calendars accordingly. Registration forms and further information will be sent home in the spring.
