Welcome to Our School Community!
Waltham High School is an ideal place for students to learn and grow. We provide a wide range of core academic subject offerings tailored to individual student needs as well as a large number of elective opportunities in areas such as art, music, dance, drama, physical education, business education, and family and consumer science. We are a comprehensive high school with nine career and vocational technical education programs available to our students. There are also a number of co-curricular activities that our students benefit from, including several clubs, various special events, and a full range of interscholastic athletics. Our small class sizes, extensive support staff, and house system all help to personalize our students' learning experience.

Waltham High School Placed on the College Board’s 3rd Annual AP® District Honor Roll for Significant Gains in Advanced Placement® Access and Student Performance
“We applaud the extraordinary efforts of the devoted teachers and administrators in Waltham, who are fostering rigorous work worth doing. These educators have not only expanded student access to AP course work, but they have enabled more of their students to achieve on a college level—which is helping to create a strong college-going culture,” said College Board President, David Coleman.
