Monthly Memo-June 2015

It is hard to believe the school year is coming to a close!  We would like to thank our Plympton families for their continued support. Students and staff have worked hard this year and engaged in many meaningful learning experiences.

Welcome back to Mrs. Brophy on her return--she is moving around the office very quickly with her new knee!

Congratulations to Mrs. Bousquet-grade 2 teacher-who after many years of dedicated service to Waltham Public Schools , in particular Plympton,  is retiring. We wish her all the best as she begins a new journey!

Lost & Found: Are you missing a jacket, sweatshirt, hat, or other clothing item? Please stop by and check out the collection of clothing items that have been left behind in school.

Are you moving? As we move closer to the end of the year, Mrs. Brophy has asked that you please notify the office as soon as possible if you know you are moving and your children will not be attending Plympton School next year. This will allow her to prepare the necessary paperwork for transfer to another school and help us in the planning of classroom placement.

Nepal: Congratulations to Plympton students and staff for collecting over $400.00 for families in Nepal who were victims of the devastating earthquakes.

June dates: This  month is very busy with trips, visiting artists, performances and PTO events--please see attached document for dates/times.

Last Day of School- June 25, 2015

First day of School- September 1, 2015

We wish you a very relaxing, enjoyable summer!

Mrs. Taddeo and Mr. Audette
